Job Description & Requirements Interim Infection Preventionist StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $125000.00 - $130000.00 Join an Arizona healthcare organization as their next Interim Infection Preventionist! The Position - The Interim Infection Preventionist will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day infection prevention initiatives throughout the facility. - The Interim Manager will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including ensuring a quality environment of care, infection prevention education, and coaching pertaining to hand hygiene and best practices. - Seeking an experienced Infection Prevention leader who will be equipped to stabilize and maintain infection prevention initiatives throughout the organization. - Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements - BSN is required. - Active RN license is required. - Active CIC certification is required. - A minimum of three years of related experience is required. Compensation Details - Compensation Range: $125,000 to $130,000 annually. - The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. - The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
