Job Description Job Description We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training Perform manual therapy techniques as directed Educate patients on home exercise programs Monitor progress and communicate updates to PT Complete accurate and timely documentation Maintain a positive, professional clinic atmosphere Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PTA program Current PTA license (or eligibility) in Arizona CPR certification Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Company Description Flex Physical Therapy is a patient-focused outpatient orthopedic clinic dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
