In this role, you will provide in-home therapy services to help patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized therapy plans, and accurately document care and progress in accordance with agency policies. Qualifications: Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Arizona.
