Job Description Job Description Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic Location: Tucson, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week Setting: Single-Site Clinic | Onsite Only | No Travel Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 annually (base salary) performance-based bonus potential Position Overview Our established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Tucson is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team. This is a full-time, onsite role with a strong career growth pathway—including the potential to advance to Clinic Director within 1–2 years. What Sets This Role Apart Clear path to Clinic Director within 1–2 years (earning potential $150,000) Flexible scheduling and caseload management Collaborative, patient-first culture with strong peer support Mentorship opportunities for 1–2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) Leadership training and profit-sharing potential Robust CEU support to foster ongoing learning Primary Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other evidence-based interventions Supervise and mentor PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care Manage a daily caseload averaging 13 patients Provide patient and caregiver education on treatment plans and home programs Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary Accurately complete all EMR documentation Collaborate with referring providers and participate in case reviews Maintain compliance with Arizona PT licensure requirements and CEUs Qualifications Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Experience managing an outpatient orthopedic caseload Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Manual therapy and/or dry needling experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 annually Bonus: Performance-based incentives Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (Aetna) 401(k) with 4% employer match (eligibility after 12 months) $750 annual CEU reimbursement Paid time off (PTO) plus separate sick leave How to Apply If you are an experienced or early-career Physical Therapist seeking an engaging outpatient environment with growth potential, please submit your most updated resume for confidential consideration.
