What You’ll Be Doing Conduct meaningful assessments and create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Oversee implementation with a focus on clinical integrity and client progress Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and behavior therapists (with real support staff, not lip service) Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and long-term success Use data to guide decisions.
