2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with
Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Laveen,
Arizona, 85339! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN
(Registered Nurse) Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License:
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Clinician must take
and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to contract
signing. If the clinician fails to score 80% in two attempts, they
will be disqualified for 6 months. Candidates may not be employed
with any facility affiliated with this organization within the past
year. Pass/fail assessment is required on the first day of
orientation. Description: The unit includes 16 beds with an average
of 16 cases per day. Patients may include those recovering from
surgery, such as appendectomies and cholecystectomies. Weekend work
is required in rotation with core staff. Holiday shifts are also
required. Scrub color is navy blue. Telemetry experience is
required. Ventilator care is not needed. IV Team and Pharmacy are
available 24/7. Shifts follow a 7a-7p and 7p-7a rotation. Floating
mid-shift is permitted. Charting is done using the Cerner system.
Candidates must also be prepared for the possibility of shift
