Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Occupational Therapist opportunity is available at an elementary
school serving students from kindergarten through 8th grade in
Mesa, AZ. This contract role spans the current school year with a
start date as soon as possible and concludes on June 5th, 2026. The
position offers a dynamic caseload of approximately 80 students
requiring both direct and indirect OT services. Key
Responsibilities: Provide high-quality occupational therapy
evaluations, interventions, and documentation for diverse student
needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to
develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Adapt
therapy strategies to suit the developmental levels of students
across K-8 grades Maintain accurate records of services and
progress in compliance with school and regulatory standards
Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in
school-based settings preferred Proficient in delivering services
to elementary and middle school-aged children Strong communication
skills to effectively engage with students, families, and
multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage a large caseload
efficiently while maintaining quality care Additional Details:
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week Competitive compensation
