AZ Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,127 per week Shift Information:
3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/15/2026
About the Position staffing request description Minimum 1 year MS
experience. Ratio 1:5-6 and LPN group 1:8. Valid AZ RN license
required. BLS required and not expiring within 30 days of start.
EPIC preferred. 4 weekend shifts per schedule. Will float within
