Pharmacist Location: Peridot, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,226 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Pharmacy Retail Supervisor Profession: Supervisor Specialty: Pharmacist Duration: 13 months Shift: 5x8.0 Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Five years of professional experience with two years of management experience. Minimum of three years of pharmacist experience, with at least two years in a hospital practice preferred. License: Current and valid state Pharmacy license required. Arizona license preferred. Certifications: BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, including one year residency. Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred. Description: The Pharmacy Retail Supervisor directs, manages, and supervises daily administrative operations. This role ensures the highest quality service response and delivery consistent with established professional and regulatory standards. The supervisor develops operational and financial outcome measures, tracking and monitoring systems. They will integrate these efforts into organization-wide quality improvement systems. The role involves directing, implementing, and evaluating the development of departmental policies and procedures. The supervisor will proactively assess program, service, and functional effectiveness. They will make regular efforts to develop and facilitate continuous process improvement. The Pharmacy Retail Supervisor develops and supervises staff through timely feedback and appropriate Human Resource practices. They will facilitate staff professional growth by assessing learning needs and coordinating learning opportunities. The role includes preparing monthly reports to identify areas of improvement, concern, and recommendations. The supervisor participates in departmental orientation, on-the-job training, and quality assurance initiatives. Additionally, they will engage in various educational programs to maintain current skills and competency levels. Other responsibilities may be assigned as requested.
