Job Description The Nurse Practitioner in Medical
Oncology/Hematology delivers high-quality, evidence-based clinical
care to patients with cancer and blood disorders. The NP manages
all aspects of patient care—comprehensive assessment, diagnosing,
treatment planning, and ongoing management—within the scope of
practice and in collaboration with supervising oncologists and
hematologists. This role requires a friendly, caring, courteous,
and professional attitude at all times, as it involves significant
front-line patient and family interaction. The ideal candidate
