Job Description Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care

supervision and teaching for two fellows in training in the
Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix Hospice and
Palliative Medicine fellowship program - Monday - Friday 8:00 am -
5:00 pm, with rotational weekend hospital and call coverage - Be
part of an interdisciplinary team that provides excellent care for
all patients Qualifications - MD or DO degree - Successful
completion of an ACGME accredited residency program and a Hospice
and Palliative Medicine or Geriatric Medicine fellowship - A
passion for providing clinically excellent care - Active/Eligible
ABMS certification Internal Medicine / Hospice & Palliative Care
Medicine - Must have or be eligible for an AZ State medical license
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at

Faculty Physician Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking
a full-time clinical and academic physician for the
multidisciplinary Palliative Care service line in its flagship
location of St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix,
Arizona. - Provide direct patient care in the inpatient and
outpatient settings - Provide clinical supervision and teaching for
two fellows in training in the Creighton University School of
Medicine Phoenix Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship program
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with rotational weekend
hospital and call coverage - Be part of an interdisciplinary team
that provides excellent care for all patients The position consists
of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities within a single
location on the hospital campus. You will have access to full
support staff, including nursing, social work, and chaplain
support. The medical group is a multi-specialty group that includes
specialists in primary care, pulmonary medicine, endocrinology,
palliative care, cardiology, infectious disease, gastroenterology,
