hires - Additional duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications
- PA Requirements: - Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) -
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program - Must
hold and maintain: a.) AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants
License, b.) NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of
Physician Assistant. - 3 years minimum experience - Valid DEA
registration. - Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staff
NP Requirements: - Master's Degree in nursing. Graduate of
accredited program for nurse practitioners - Compact state or
Arizona RN license - Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license -
Surgical First Assist certification - 3 years minimum experience -
Must hold and maintain National Certificate as a nurse practitioner
in area of specialty under AZ regulations: a.) NP-AACN, b.)
NP-AANP, c.) NP-ANCC, or d). NP-PNCB - Valid DEA registration -

Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Lead Dignity

highly motivated and compassionate Cardiac Surgery Physician
Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with RNFA to join our team in
Phoenix, Arizona. You will play a crucial role in providing
comprehensive acute care to patients with cardiac conditions,
including but not limited to the following. Responsibilities -
