Job Description Job Title: Physical Therapist (Full-Time,
Permanent) Location: Goodyear, AZ Job Overview: We are seeking a
dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in
Goodyear, AZ. This full-time, permanent role involves delivering
high-quality physical therapy services to patients, caregivers, and
facilities in accordance with professional principles and
practices. You will play a critical role in developing treatment
plans, supervising support staff, managing cases, and fostering
positive relationships with clients and facilities. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional physical therapy services
that align with the principles and practices of physical therapy. -
Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver skilled therapy
tailored to patients' medical needs. - Supervise Physical Therapy
Assistants (PTAs) and aides, ensuring quality care and compliance.
- Contribute to effective case management and maintain detailed,
accurate documentation of treatment goals, progress, and medical
necessity. - Adhere to state-specific Practice Acts and laws
governing Physical Therapy practices and supervision. - Build and
maintain positive relationships with facilities, clients, and
staff, while enhancing and expanding client relations. Required
Qualifications: - Graduation from a physical therapy education
program . - State licensure/registration as applicable. Benefits: -
