Let your career find its purpose here at Abrazo. /n IR Tech Per Diem Days Position Summary /n Works with the Radiologists and other personnel to provide diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Special Procedures and other areas within Diagnostic Imaging. /n SPECIAL SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff. /n SUPERVISES: Functional supervision may be exercised over cross-training Radiologic Technologists and/or students. /n THE IR TECH PER DIEM DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE. /n MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completion of JRCERT approval formal program in Radiologic Technology. /n MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: One year Radiology experience (unless approved by hiring facility leadership team at point of hire). /n PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Three years special procedures. /n REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Current Certified Radiology Tech (CRT), American Registry Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and CPR required. /n PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATION: Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), ACLS /n LI-JD2 Tenet AZ Job ID 2403008281-15.
