Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress
and medical necessity.
Complete all required documentation in a timely manner to meet
facility, physician, and payor deadlines.
Communicate openly and professionally with co-workers, physicians,
patients, families, and third-party payors.
Attend facility meetings as directed by the Center Manager (e.g.,
utilization review, infection control, disaster preparedness).
Stay current with continuing education to meet state licensure
requirements.
Maintain valid state licensure/registration and CPR certification
per state requirements.
Qualifications:
Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program OR an
internationally educated PT from a non-CAPTE accredited program
seeking licensure.
Valid state licensure/registration where applicable.
