Job Title: Occupational TherapistSoar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. Our mission is to provide high-quality, integrated care to children with autism and their families.Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to work with children aged 2-6 years in a center-based setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism and a strong understanding of early intervention and integrated care approaches.Responsibilities:

• Implement naturalistic occupational therapy for children with autism
• Craft interventions aimed at improving gross motor, fine motor skills, feeding practices, and daily living activities
• Perform multidisciplinary assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical areas
• Mentor and guide a team of Registered Behavior Technicians to integrate OT goals into their therapy
• Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate necessary adjustments to team members and families
• Collaborate closely with families to set goals, build relationships, and provide coaching and supportQualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics or a similar field
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders
  • Strong understanding of early intervention and integrated care approaches
