Work Dates Needed: 20,22,26,27,29 & July 11,12,17,20,24,27,31
Preferred Schedule: 10a-4p on Mondays and 11a-3p other days of the
week.Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinicScope of
Work: As a locum Physician, you will be accountable for treating
both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care
patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Must be DOT Certified!!
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted AZ
license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert.EMR: AllScripts
