IV and Body Sculpting Clinic Manager Summary
Are you a passionate and hardworking individual who loves to create and lead new ventures?
Do you have a flair for aesthetics and a desire to help people look and feel their best?
If so, you might be the perfect fit for Embry IV, a brand new IV and body sculpting clinic in Chandler Arizona. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can oversee the successful launch of this exciting new business. You will have the opportunity to build something from scratch and grow your skills as a leader in the aesthetics industry. To succeed in this role, you need to be performance driven, organized, problem solving, customer service oriented, administrative and time management savvy.
We are looking for candidates who are ready to start as soon as possible and join our amazing team. We will be holding an open day for onsite interviews very soon.
You will be responsible for delivering the highest-quality service to our leads and patients with a positive attitude. You should have previous experience in an aesthetics front office, plastic surgery center, medical spa or retail medical facility, or a corporate owned or franchised entity. You should also have a very positive outlook, excellent phone voice, and smile in your voice, and a naturally enthusiastic demeanor.
We are looking for long term employees who have a stable work history and supervisory references. You will also have the chance to earn bonus potential that can increase your hourly wage.
As a leader of Embry IV and Body Sculpting, you will have the following duties:

• 
  Follow up on patient care and ensure their satisfaction.
  
  
• 
  Greet and check out patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  
  
• 
  Maintain front and back office file system-must be exceptionally organized.
  
  
• 
  Attend and maintain all staff training accordance to industry laws and regulations of a medical office.
  
  
• 
  Marketing skills: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram-having graphic design experience is a big bonus.
  
  
• 
  Scheduling patients and staff efficiently and effectively.
  
  
• 
  Payroll and commission payout for employees.
  
  
• 
  Inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  
  
• 
  Training classes and scheduling the training classes for employees.
  
  
• 
  All other duties assigned by management.
  
  
  To qualify for this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Experience in Aesthetics retail sales or high dollar sales environment; highly preferred.
    
    
  • 
    Experience with online scheduling software; preferred.
    
    
  • 
    Experience with lead management software, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.; highly preferred.
    
    
  • 
    Must maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
    
    
  • 
    Must Maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation.
    
    
  • 
    Must have sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    
    
  •
