Job Description Acara Solutions is Urgently Hiring Assemblers for one of our top clients in Tempe Pay: $18.00 -18.90/Hour base rate Plus $2.70 differential for night shift (total pay up to $21.60/hr) Hours: 5:30 am - 5:30 pm (day shift) or 5:30 pm - 5:30 am (night shift). These 12 -hour shifts will be three days a week with an alternating fourth day (every other week). 12 -hour DAY and NIGHT shifts (compressed work week) Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 Starting Pay : $18 -18.90 per hour plus $2.70 differential for night shifts. Immediately eligible for bonuses and sick pay accrual Environment: Clean room environment with bunny suit, with multiple precautions taken to maintain a Covid free environment. Job Type: Full -Time hours: contract (3 -6 months) to direct after contract duration Desired Experience: Manufacturing/assembly experience is great but not necessary Entry level applicants encouraged to apply Job Description - Ensure manufacturing operations, under the supervision of team leader/ manufacturing supervisor in order to assemble medical devices according to good manufacturing practice, manufacturing flow, standard operating procedures and safety procedures. Key Accountabilities - Produces medical devices according to the validated procedure. Demonstrates the understanding and significance of line clearance, work station preparation and other Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures/ and Quality System Requirements. Maintains a thorough understanding of the acceptance criteria for the specific operation(s) being performed. Accurately documents information on history records, inspection data sheets, scrap reports, and other documentation related to specific processes being performed. Supports and provides manufacturing training to new assembler. Complies with all Controlled Environment Area (CEA) protocol, including personal hygiene, gowning procedures, and safety procedures. Demonstrates the ability to work as a team member in a manner that is conducive to a positive work environment. Follow team leader's/ manufacturing supervisor's instructions and highlight for any abnormality. Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 -3 years of Operator experience in manufacturing -related Ability to read and follow specifications/procedures and various schematics Use and set -up of semi/automated equipment Work well in a team environment Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Responsible for a variety of hand, mechanical, electrical, and wafer assembly Experience working in a clean room environment Utilizing low and high -power microscopes Semiconductor and Wafer Fab experience is a huge plus Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct, and Aleron's strategic partner, SDI) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
