Job Description:
Now offering a $10K sign-on bonus for experienced nurses in a
27-bed medical-surgical unit serving diverse patients from young
adults to geriatrics.
Provide independent, evidence-based routine and complex care,
including assessments, diagnoses, planning, interventions, and
evaluations.
Utilize critical thinking to address patients' physical, emotional,
cultural, and social needs, ensuring safety and quality care.
Administer medications, monitor effects, document patient
information, and educate patients and families.
Coordinate patient flow, including admissions, discharges, and
transfers, and manage unit operations effectively.
Adhere to clinical policies, safety guidelines, and legal
regulations, supporting continuous improvement.
Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), RN license in the state
or compact, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of relevant
experience.
Work schedule is 7AM-7PM, full-time.
