team.KPMG is currently seeking an UX Content Strategist to join our
Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work
opportunity.Responsibilities:Experiment with new AI tools and
techniques in content creation and management, including testing
and learning from new AI-driven content platforms and tools;
-develop strategies for voice search and AI-driven conversational
interfaces, like chatbots or virtual assistants, creating content
that is -optimized -for spoken language and understanding nuances
of conversational AIContribute to training and managing AI models
with the right data to ensure that the generated content is
relevant, -accurate, and aligns with the brand's voice and
-objectives; -stay -up to date -with regulations and laws
-regarding -data privacy, AI, and digital contentDevelop user
personas and tailor content to address specific user segments,
ensuring a personalized and relevant experience; -conduct user
research to understand audience needs, preferences, and behaviors,
translating insights into actionable content strategies; -utilize
data and analytics to measure content performance and make
data-driven decisions to -optimize -the user experienceCreate and
-maintain -a content calendar to ensure -timely -delivery of
high-quality content; -optimize content for search engines and
implement SEO best practices; collaborate with internal
stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across
all contentManage consistent and well-formed taxonomy across all
enterprise platforms, including navigation and tagging, while also
collaborating with UX/UI designers to contribute to the information
architecture of digital products; -provide guidance and support to
content creators, including writers, designers, and
videographersDefine and manage Content governance activities to
ensure continuous engagement of various stakeholders in terms of
their feedback, contributions, and inputs into ongoing Content
initiatives; -work closely with firm's practice Content and
Knowledge Managers for various practices to ensure there is a
strategy for consistent creation, management and sharing of content
with -appropriate quality, accessibility, and efficient
collaboration among the constituents -Qualifications:Minimum ten
years of -recent experience in -crafting, and -generating,
-deploying -and managing content and content strategies, -processes
-and -solutions; minimum five years of recent leadership experience
in business facing, leading enterprise-wide knowledge
transformation programs, including org change management,
product/process adoption, and managing value by
metrics/KPIsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or
university in marketing, communications or a related field is
preferredExtensive experience working in ServiceNow and SharePoint
(or similar platforms); -proven experience as an -UX -Content
Strategist or a similar role; experience in user adoption
strategies, change management as well as transforming cross
functional teams, and diversified business unitsDeep understanding
of -Human Centered Design, -copywriting, -content marketing, SEO,
and digital marketing trendsExceptional project management and
organizational skillsStrong content, collaboration, program and
communication management and agile delivery method experience;
-excellent presentation skills with focus on details and
