growth by developing new customers and increasing our footprint
with existing customers. We are a contract manufacture that
provides our customers solutions thru the manufacturing of products
in capsules, gummies, Cap in Cap, Liquicaps and powders providing
dietary supplements and OTC solutions in the marketplace.Buildings
and machinery are important, but it s our talented, skilled and
invested people that make the difference. The future has never
looked brighter for our partners and our people.This role needs to
be US based living next to a major airport with travel greater than
50%.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Seek out and target new
customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to
approach and secure new business for the Company.Identification,
development and execution of new businessEstablish and enhance the
Company s image for customers.Represent the Company at designated
Trade shows.Perform and maintain timely and effective
communications with customers.Provide up-to-date industry trends
and direction to Management to facilitate strategic goals.Meet
weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Company objectives for Sales,
Profit, and Volume.Education and Experiences.A minimum of 5
years
experience in a USA Sales & Business development role with a proven
capability to act proactively and independently as well as being a
good team player preferably in a contract manufacturing role
(Dietary supplements, health and wellness)Ability to develop and
maintain strong customer relationship with proven ability to grow
business with existing customersA strong track record of delivery
against commercial targetsProven leaderDegree level education in a
science-based subject - preferableStrong interpersonal and
analytical skills are essential as well as very strong commercial
acumenStrong negotiation capability and resilienceAn understanding
or experience of manufacturing businesses and the markets in which
we operateStrong personal presence with excellent leadership,
communication, interpersonal and relationship building
skills.Practical, pragmatic, hardworking and committed.Proactive
attitude, to move forward progressively with the business
