and oversight for Health, Safety, Environment & Facilities (HSE&F)
activities and performance for the Phoenix Engines and San Tan sites by
establishing strong working relationships with site leadership team and the
employees. You will report directly to the Sr. Plant Director. You will be a
key leader and direct sustainable HSE&F programs through incorporation of
impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading practices. Key Responsibilities

• Develops,
  leads, and executes strategies to drive exceptional HSE&F performance
• Deploys
  a strong Management Operating System for all areas of responsibility
• Provides
  mentoring and technical guidance to the HSE&F team, and drives
  effective utilization of consultants and contractors
• Leads
  HSE&F capital strategy and execution and project management execution
  for HSE&F critical and Assurance Letter items
• Drives
  maturity in business resiliency to ensure continuity of critical
  facilities infrastructure and operations
• Conducts
  compliance reviews to ensure standards are being met and actions are prioritized
  and executed to address gaps
• Ensures
  incidents are appropriately escalated, investigated and managed to drive
  the best possible outcomes and prevent recurrence
• Exemplifies
  and advocates behaviors which drive the Honeywell Accelerator operating system
• Drives
  performance and results through execution of the Annual Operating Plan,
  Common Balanced Scorecard, HSE metrics and initiatives
• Drives
  standard work and ensures programs and processes achieve regulatory and
  Honeywell requirementsU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE
  • Min
    3--years' experience managing HSE&F in a manufacturing environment.WE VALUE
    • Bachelor's
      degree in engineering, manufacturing, safety, environmental science,
      facilities, or related field
    • Record
      of progressive HSE&F experience
    • Experience
      in successfully leading a team
    • Strong
      oral and written communication skills
    • Experience
      with a Title V air permit
    • Use
      innovative thinking to drive continuous improvement
    • Lean/Six
