Job Description:

• This position is responsible for implementation and oversight of all applicable environmental, health and safety compliance programs at the site.
• Areas of responsibility include environmental compliance with air, waste water, storm water, hazardous waste, universal waste, EPCRA, DOT, DHS, and EU REACH regulations.
• The job also includes responsibility for compliance with all applicable Federal OSHA regulations including recordkeeping & medical, HAZCOM, hazardous materials, process safety management, asbestos, PPE, ventilation, eye washes & showers, respiratory protection, bloodborne pathogens, hearing conservation, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, lasers, electrical safety, lockout/tagout, confined spaces, fall protection, powered industrial trucks, hoists, machine guarding and the corporate ergonomics program.
• This position interacts with internal L3Harris EHS corporate auditors during site audits and afterwards to develop and implement corrective action plans.
• Occasional interaction is also required with regulatory agency representatives during regulatory inspections and when renewing site permits. Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
