The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office an average of
two to three days per week with the remainder worked remotely.Job
Summary:This position will drive change by executing processes and
procedures for prioritizing opportunities across multiple Lines of
Business and stakeholder horizontals (e.g., risk, strategy,
finance, etc.). This position will support the annual
appropriations process, leading on-going intake and
re-prioritization activities as well as portfolio monitoring
together with the Governance and Resource Management functions.
This position will also work with various stakeholders to develop
project management procedures for non-technology scopes of
work.Major Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the end-to-end appropriations and
planning process
- Drive the data collection required for Enterprise Portfolio
intake, prioritization, and re-prioritization, including both
technology and non-technology work, ensuring timeliness of the
submissions as well as data quality and completeness
- Ensure that all initiatives are prioritized with a risk-based
approach in alignment with risk appetite, business need, and budget
considerations
- Support specific project execution monitoring and reporting,
understanding the project status, financials, as well as overall
project health and outcome / benefits
- Collaborate and partner with Line of Business, Finance,
Resource Management, and other PMO functions to effectively support
questions about the appropriations process, re-prioritization, and
project monitoring
- Recommend and implement changes to improve appropriations and
planning processes
- Support the development of new processes and procedures that
can streamline Enterprise Portfolio Prioritization activities
- Produce reporting regarding appropriations process, status,
outstanding deliverables that is easily digestible by other
partners such as Risk, Finance, Resource Control Tower.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience driving change across Lines of Business
and understanding impacts to process, organization, and
technology
- 3+ years of experience documenting business requirements and
translating them into a business process and
system/application
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the
ability to communicate complex issues and ideas with clarity
- Ability to holistically problem solve and "drive to yes", by
clearly defining goals and interdependencies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills, including experience data gathering
and data analysis, and making decisions based on the data
analysis
- Excel - intermediate to advance standard; knowledge of how to
download and manipulate large data sets e.g., define project
management dashboards from multiple reports
- MS Office - intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, MS
Teams, Visio and Access
- SharePoint - intermediate knowledgeThe typical base pay range
for this role is between $95K - $120K depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be
eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or
