A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Supply Chain Manager in Tempe, Arizona (AZ).



Summary:

The client is a growing and established nationwide Healthcare Technology Company who is seeking a Supply Chain Manager. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this exclusive search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, etc.



Responsibilities include:

• Owns the development of and execution of supply chain analytics and operational health diagnostics, as well as in-house developed applications that drive Operational Excellence
  
  
• Lead a Supply Chain Team including Hire, train, and conducts performance management, evaluations, and directs the workflow for the staff (4 Direct Reports)
  
  
• Supply Chain Manager practices hands-on leadership to create and lead development and/or implementation of new advanced supply planning tools, analytics, reports, processes, and infrastructure
  
  
• Lead projects that reduce cost, and partners with stakeholders to create flow in project execution for rapid cycle times in savings capture
  
  
• Supports the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of new MRP, WMS, and Contract Management software systems
  
  
• Leads the development and execution of Supply Chain analytics and reporting for Monthly Operating Reviews, performance dashboards, sourcing analytics, and ad-hoc requests
  
  
• Supply Chain Manager leads process improvement projects to optimize efficiency and productivity relative to supply chain management processes
  
  
• Leads the accounting and audit effort of all supply chain led cost savings initiatives
  
  
• Leads and/or supports the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of various technology systems to support supply chain business processes
