Responsibilities:


As an Access to Innovation, PreSeed/Seed Capital Solutions Project Manager you will help build, scale and lead our new capital solutions offering in the pre-seed phase, which will develop, analyze the structure, efficiency, and effectiveness of externally focused DEI program, Access to Innovation.

In this role you will deliver critical financial and strategic analysis for partnerships that align with and accelerate our Product Strategy. You will also play a key role in evaluating strategic investments and acquisitions relevant for the Product Division. You will work closely with leaders within the Product Division and the Corporate Development Team to identify and execute on opportunities that bring new functionality to bear for clients, deliver new sources of revenue to propel us to be the most trusted partner to the innovation economy. This role reports directly to the Head of Access to Innovation.

Delivery of Financial and Strategic Analysis
Build complex financial and economic models to support decisions
Author executive presentations and memos summarizing analysis and recommendations
Work effectively with cross functional support teams including legal, compliance, risk, accounting, and finance
Evaluating strategic investments and acquisitions
Develop structured playbooks that formalize our approach and processes for partnerships from identification through go-to-market
Work with product leaders to develop hypotheses on where partnership, investment or acquisition can accelerate our strategy
Identify and Execute on Opportunities
Perform market research and analysis in partnership with product leadership to identify opportunities that fit our strategy
Lead formal and informal teams to execute on fast moving opportunities
Interact with all levels of management, including senior executives and develop relationships with third parties on behalf of the organization
Direct interactions with potential partner or acquisition targets (acting as the face of our company and the product division) Overall approach to developing and implementing playbooks Model development (assumptions, structure, etc.)
Partnership negotiation (standard terms, watchouts, various structures, etc.) Some understanding of technical integration (APIs, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills required

Education and Experience (note if required or preferred)
Bachelor's degree and an MBA from a top business school or other graduate degree is preferred
A minimum of 8 years of experience required Strategy experience: experience in strategy or management consulting and/or strategic business development required Product Experience: Experience in product management preferred
