Position/n/nThe Business Banking (BB) Product organization is
seeking a Vice President, Business Management Lead, to establish
and maintain alignment with enterprise controls for Agile Product
Management ensuring adherence to key horizontal product controls
and proper change management accountability./xc2/xa0 This is a
critical aspect of maturing our agile product delivery
model./xc2/xa0 As the lead for product controls and readiness, you
will work across product teams within Business Banking to ensure we
are implementing features and enhancements while adhering to agile
controls in the most effective manner and driving proper change
management and readiness processes within the product teams.
/xc2/xa0This role will require collaborating across product
(deposits, lending, sales, etc.), tech, design and data teams to
encourage adoption of best practices and helping to promote and
share learning/xe2/x80/x99s across all BB product teams./n/nIn this
role, you will have the opportunity to uplift current state and
implement a framework together with a variety of functions and
business areas (e.g., deposits, lending, controls, change
management, and leaders across these organizations). /xc2/xa0The
ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, passionate
about delivering results while dimensioning risk and have strong
relationship building/interpersonal skills./xc2/xa0/n/nPrimary
Responsibilities/n/n * Lead the effort to establish and maintain
alignment with enterprise controls for agile and product
management/n * Develop framework to ensure adherence to key
horizontal product controls and proper change management (e.g.,
define standard for order of operation, best practices, etc.)/n *
Serve as a resource and subject matter expert regarding agile
controls & readiness guidelines and processes including roles &
responsibilities/n * Engage with Product Owners and Product
Cabinets to represent and advocate for controls/readiness
activities/n * Effectively cultivate relationships with key
partners (Product, Controls, Change Management, etc.) to assess
needs, identify areas of opportunity for improvement and
standardize/n * Translate controls and readiness requirements and
updates to ensure continued adherence across BB Product/n * Develop
reporting (scorecard/dashboard) for BB Product-related issues,
action plans and upcoming audits to provide visibility into related
areas of impact and status/n/nQualifications/n/n * Minimum of 7
years equivalent/qualifying work experience product, controls,
change or project management/n * Bachelor/xe2/x80/x99s Degree in
Business or related field preferred/n * Experience working in a
product/agile operating model/n * Experience implementing and
managing controls and readiness process in a large,
cross-functional organization/n * Demonstrated ability to
communicate to all levels of the organization, including Executive
Leadership/n * Track record of personal initiative, strong work
ethic, proactive setting and achieving goals, ability to work
independently, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and
entrepreneurial leadership/n * Must be comfortable with ambiguity
and change in a fast-paced environment/n * Team player with the
