This is a testament to the great team and culture we have here at iT1!Job Summary:The Sr. Manager, Professional Services will be a transformative leader in shaping iT1's professional services team. You will be a critical point of contact between the iT1 organization and iT1's customers, in ensuring standards of project delivery are met. You will operate closely with customers throughout the lifecycle, determining customer-specific service needs through project scoping calls, statements of work turnarounds, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for someone who can make sure all assigned tasks are being completed in adherence to iT1 standards. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Consulting Services.Job Qualification and Education Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in a technical leadership role delivering services, with at least 4 years in a project management leadership role
  • Experience working with a Project Management Office, and holding delivery resources accountable for proper project delivery and management principles
  • Demonstrated portfolio of successful, progressive project management leading to the execution of large-scale, concurrent projects.
  • Experience working with a Project Management Office, and holding delivery resources accountable for proper project delivery and management principles
  • Experience working with third-party services partners
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a team of project managers and/or build a PMO.
  • Apply your experience in budgeting, change management, client management, project management methodology, business life cycle, mission/vision/strategy, project planning and organization, risk management and resource management, and issue management
  • Successfully establish specific deliverables for staff assigned to large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong coaching skills with demonstrated ability to motivate employees and resolve conflicts
  • Leverage your strong interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written) with a customer service orientation, and a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with senior iT1 management.
  • Mentor and coach employees in professional development and demonstrated success at developing project management skills in others across your team.

  • Ability to take a project and execute deliverables with limited support Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Lead a team of engineers and project managers to ensure a successful on time, on scope, and on-budget delivery of projects for a technology organization
    • Responsible for delivering projects to successful completion; accountable for the quality and timeliness of all defined projects, and for issues (goals, resource allocation, release planning, technology architecture, etc.) within the projects
    • Own the successful resolution or escalation of any implementation issues, challenges, or questions that arise
    • Maintains a strong understanding of iT1 service offerings and current customer contracts
    • Maintain a technical understanding of iT1 supported technologies to facilitate conversations around customer challenges and opportunities.
    • Lead efforts to streamline processes to reduce time-to-delivery of statements of work.
    • Develop tracking tools to provide insight to management on onboarding status to improve accuracy of revenue forecasting.
    • Participate in Pre-Sales Meetings to evaluate customer needs and offer delivery solutions
    • Consult with Pre-Sales staff to improve accuracy of SOWs prior to presentation to customer to improve contract accuracy through implementation.
    • Perform regular reviews of outstanding client deliverables, including open tickets, change records, projects, and requests for standard down time (SDT) and work with team to achieve resolution. Preferred Certifications:
      • PMP
      • PMI-ACP
