About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Compliance Manager on the Horizontal-Aligned and Enterprise Functions Compliance (HA-EFC) Program Governance team who support the effective execution of the Compliance Program within HA-EFC.In this role, you will:

  • Manage a team responsible for providing program support and leadership for HA-EFC teams, working with other HAEFC program leaders and team members.
  • Develop and implement project plans for program initiatives; manage and execute the project in collaboration with other HAEFC and enterprise partners.
  • Develop and implement internal program support solutions to support HAEFC.
  • Recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
  • Manage coordination and communication with leadership regarding compliance risks.
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers.
  • Lead team to achieve objectives.
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.Required Qualifications, US:
    • 4+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    • 2+ years of Leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:
      • Compliance program management expertise
      • Strong project management skills
      • Experience with Records Management, SHRP Major Requirement Evaluations, SharePoint administration, RCSA, Compliance Monitoring, and other program services
      • Ability to design processes and management implementations
      • Ability to create presentations and deliver to large internal audiences
      • Advance Microsoft office skills (PPT, excel, word etc.)
      • Strong collaboration skills, and ability to work with individuals at all levels in the organization
      • Knowledge of compliance policies, regulatory requirements and the current regulatory environment
      • Experience with Wells Fargo internal risk systems, preferred
      • A BS/BA degree or higher
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organizationJob Expectations:
