Who We Want:We are looking for a VP of Marketing with experience in exponentially growing brands.
Right now, we are spending three hundred thousand+ every month on Facebook and Google, and we want to spend two million per month profitably. We have resources to test new channels if there is a clear plan with measurable goals in place. This position will be the lynchpin for at least one digital course brand, so we need a leader who can nurture a set of high-performers to reach their full potential.
If you communicate complex ideas clearly, love upskilling a team of talented juniors, and know the creative elements that convert, we want you. If you have a sixth sense for marketing, even better.
We are looking for a decisive leader to partner with our world-class team and brand visionaries, including stars of the hit A&E series "Triple Digit Flip," Jamil Damji, and Pace Morby.
What You Will Do:

• Manage P&L for each brand and the entire department
• Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies.
• Analyze multiple brand sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective.
• Drive department innovation within desired KPI's and OKR's
• Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market.
• Work with both the sales and marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients.
• Collaborate both cross-functionally and with the C-Suite to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company.
• Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the educational programs.
• Manage marketing plans and strategies for existing brands and educational programs that comply with current company standards.
• Develop marketing plans and strategies for new brands and educational programs that comply with current company standards.
  What You Need To Have:
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, communication and budgeting
  • Previous experience in acquisition marketing
  • At least 6+ years of management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition.
  • Ability to lead groups and be decisive.
  • Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies.
  • Time management and organization in order to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them.
  • Proficient with analysis and design software. Knowledge of Internet marketing campaigns including SEO and Paid Media.
