for a Sr. Manager, Global Mobility who is passionate about
building, leading and scaling Align's end-to-end mobility and
immigration program by providing our employees an exceptional
experience as they relocate or go on assignments. This person will
identify process and policy gaps, provide clear and consistent
advice across the organization, and coordinate with outside
counsel, external providers/vendors to help drive process
improvements. To be successful, you will bring a deeply analytical
and process-oriented mindset and have Global Mobility experience
from a global organization. This person is also responsible for
international and domestic assignments, one-way domestic and
international relocation and immigration. If you are looking for an

to the VP of Total Rewards.In this role, you will...Responsible for
managing the global mobility and immigration program by
coordinating day-to-day activities related to international and
domestic assignments, and one-way relocationsDevelop mobility
policies and processes that are best practiceManage our relocation
and expat tax programs to meet the needs of the businesses; be
compliant, cost-effective, and proactiveDevelop and implement a
comprehensive communication strategy for global mobility
programsBuild and sustain collaborative relationships at multiple
levels with various stakeholders within finance, payroll, tax,
legal and HR members globally Provide guidance and coordination of
the global mobility program to ensure a seamless mobility
experience for our employeesBe a key point of contact providing
advisory support to employees, hiring managers and relocation
management companyPartner with our immigration attorney to provide
direction to employees and their managersOversee the management of
visa/work permits and green card process for employeesStrong
knowledge of Expat Tax and salary/payroll-related issuesPrepare
cost analysis documents along with pulling compensation data and
per diem reportsProvide a high level of customer support to
employees moving internationally on assignment, acting on feedback
where required Keep apprised of current mobility trends and
critical updates related to government regulations, local laws, and
provide consultation to internal stakeholdersReview vendor invoices
and manage purchase order budgetManage vendor relationships with
relocation companies and benchmarking servicesManage domestic
relocationGenerate routine mobility and data analysis reports for
audits as well as compliance requirementsIn this role, you'll need
...Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience10+ years of
experience in a global mobility or HR roleExcellent presentation
skills, strong communicator through written and verbal
communicationsA deep sense of empathy and inclusion for various
groups within the organizationA strong commitment to customer
service with a high sense of urgency and accountabilityAbility to
gain trust as well as build and maintain productive relationships
with leaders and multiple stakeholders within and across the
businessHigh integrity, fairness, compliance and ethics in all
