About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Engagement Manager to support the Corporate Risk Change Management (CRCM) team as part of Shared Services within Corporate Risk. The mandate for Corporate Risk Change Management is to engage with all Risk Functions within the CRO organization and drive the planning, execution, governance, and reporting of Regulatory and Strategic Initiatives in alignment with Enterprise Change Management Policy.The primary focus of this job is to provide change management, consulting and education to the CRCM community on all aspects of managing programs and products in Corporate Risk. Persons in this role are experts on the Enterprise Change Management Framework, procedures, tools and supporting processes. This is a high-touch position with substantial daily interactions with our program managers, CRCM leadership team and Enterprise Change Management team.In this role, you will:

  • Become an expert on the Enterprise Change Management procedures and tools at Wells Fargo
  • Act as a mentor to new CRCM employees and contractors, helping to ensure they understand the procedures and tools
  • Partner with Enterprise Change Management team to advocate for CRCM view points on procedures, policy, learning strategy and tools
  • Deliver Enterprise Change Management learning information to CRCM and business partners
  • Represent CRCM at enterprise quality, change release, governance, and tool meetings
  • Work closely with CRCM leaders to determine strategies for quality improvements and focus
  • Partner with second line risk management to understand oversight requirements, implementation risks and engagement model requirements
  • Identify areas across the Corporate Risk portfolio for streamlining, process improvement, or efficiencies and recommend modifications to internal procedures to improve performance
  • Leverage collaboration tools to manage assigned change requests and document the progress of project efforts
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of businessRequired Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Knowledge and understanding of risk management
      • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
      • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: creation of business cases, project initiation, development of comprehensive business requirements, and identification of project interdependencies
      • Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Change Management procedures and tools
      • Experience in project management and PM tools (Clarity)
      • Intermediate skills working with Agile tools (Confluence, Jira, Jira Align)
      • Ability to learn large amounts of information quickly and translate to others
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Strong organizational, problem solving, and prioritizing skills
      • Comply with all expectations that are unique to Corporate Risk Change Management
      • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
      • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
      • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
      • Experience facilitating or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentations
