Job Description:
ADP is hiring a Senior Manager. In this position, you'll lead a
support team composed of Technical Subject Matter Experts
responsible for providing domain expertise in the field of Standard
Integrations (Carrier Connections, GL, Management Reports) and
Custom Integrations. In addition, the team will provide training
solutions for these integrations. You will leverage your project
management, creative thinking skills, and leadership expertise to
assist the Team Director in establishing the direction of daily
activities, ensuring efficient operations, and implementation of
strategic projects and initiatives.

**This role can be based in Elk Grove Village, IL, Augusta, GA,
Alpharetta GA or Norfolk VA**
RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze operational workflows and processes and
develop standards, policies and procedures. Partner with and
maintain relationships, resources and operational controls with
global teams to ensure world class service and achievement of
targeted performance standards. Drive continuous process
development, improvements and refinement, including development of
standards that drive excellence, measurable results, scale and
consistency. Ensures staff training is completed to capitalize on
standardized processes and service standards. Carrier Relationship
and Internal Partnership Management - manage operations and
services. Focuses on carrier relationships and identifies areas of
opportunity contributing to continuously improving performance
excellence. Manage relationships with key stakeholders Implement
initiatives and processes to ensure that all work is completed
according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality
standards, priorities and overall goals Serve as a resource for
other team members, based on a strong working knowledge of team's
responsibilities and goals Lead and inspire the organization in
human resource management activities including maintenance of
proper staffing levels, staffing resources optimization, attainment
of individual and team goals, overall alignment with performance
management requirements, goals and rewards systems, employee
relations, mentoring, and talent/career development Develop leaders
for succession Enhanced understanding and implementation of
Business Units strategic goals. Oversee the use of standard process
workflows by team Function as a consultant and business partner to
other organizations within ADP Train and mentor team members and
identify development needs across the team, working with the
director to coordinate additional training as needed Monitor and
analyze various productivity and performance standards to ensure
that established levels are achieved, especially during critical
activity periods Serve as an acting backup to other leaders,
providing leadership, guidance and direction to team members in the
absence of the leader Manage escalated issues and provide direction
Collaborate with peers to establish best practices Evaluate direct
reports on performance and complete annual performance appraisals
Work in collaboration with direct reports to establish Individual
Development Plans Develop and administer corrective action and
performance improvement plans May have budgetary responsibility
Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch
assignments and collaboration opportunities with other business
units
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree At least 5 years of HCM
experience managing projects and initiatives At least 3 years of
people leadership experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates
who have the following: MBA or advanced degree Excellent
collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service
and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and
meet deadlines with frequent interruptions Ability to work and
thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results Ability
to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of
management Ability to assess team members' performance and provide
motivational support Strong client relationship building skills
Ability to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise and
escalate to the appropriate level Ability to demonstrate learning
agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in
new situations Proficient in the latest web technologies and
working knowledge of various operating systems Proficient using
Microsoft Office Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of all
pertinent ADP HR, Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures
