Compliance Manager on the Regulatory Change Management for Consumer

business at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role, you will:Manage the
Regulatory Change Management team for Consumer Lending, responsible
for the monitoring and assessment of new and changed federal,
state, agency, legal and consumer regulatory rules, regulations and
alerts. Provide analysis and communication of key insights and
implications of the changing regulatory landscape to leadership and
business partners, including the development and implementation of
regulatory intelligence for Consumer Lending regulations and lines
of business, including mortgage, credit card, personal lending, and
auto. Build a trusted relationship with aligned business leaders,
control leaders, and other key stakeholders and partners based on a
deep regulatory expertise and knowledge of consumer lending
regulations and issues. Manage regulatory management changes in any
processes and procedures for Consumer Lending, including the
transition of regulatory alerts from SHRP to EARL, and any
administrative support for the new ENGIN platform.Recommend
opportunities to enhance reporting and performance metrics for the
Regulatory Change Management processes.Promote a strong compliance
culture throughout Consumer Lending Regulatory Change Management
team.Required Qualifications, US:4+ years of Compliance experience,
or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the
following: work experience, training, military experience,
education2+ years of Leadership experienceDesired
Qualifications:Certified Regulatory Examiner Certification (CRCM)
preferred4+ years experience with the interpretation of federal and
state laws, rulings and regulations impacting Consumer Lending
products, including mortgage, credit card, personal lending and
auto.2+ years experience managing a team of ten or more direct
reports, preferably in regulatory change management.Excellent
verbal and written communication skillsExperience in SHRP, EARL and
