Execution Senior Manager in Incident Response Operations as a part

will:
- Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants
while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse
resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high
complexity and visibility
- Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence
outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's
policies and business line objectives
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with
developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process
improvement
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple
business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
- Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to
strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and
initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and
risk
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners,
leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive
strategic initiatives for the business
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for
Business Execution
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet
business objectives and strategySpecifically this candidate will be
responsible for business duties including:
- Manage and develop a team of 7-12 Business Execution
Consultants
- Management and supervision of incident response operational
activities
- Provide subject matter expertise and coordination with
frontline Control Management, Information Security, Data Loss
Prevention, Testing and Validation and Regulatory Relations
- Serve as a liaison with the Group Compromised Data Leader roles
aligned in each of the businesses
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to new
employees on the team
- Manage the entire incident lifecycle of Compromised Data (from
intake through resolution) within scope of the Compromised Data
Policy
- Assess initial incident details to determine severity level,
required escalation and engagement
- Lead and participate in incident debrief and walkthroughs with
partners and business leaders
- Conduct Regulatory Relations partner meetings to discuss
process changes, trends, opportunities and challenges
- Recommend opportunities for incident response process
improvements and drive thorough continuous improvement
routines
- Prepare communications to response to Regulatory Inquires
- Review new regulatory alerts to determine program or incident
response process impacts
- Provide subject matter expertise to program wide strategic
initiatives
- Conduct analysis on behalf of Incident Response from QA
reporting
- Lead incident review activities between front line and second
line governance teams
- Prepare/Review monthly and quarterly reports as well as state
breach reporting for regulators
- Drive implementation of consistent controls, processes and
procedures to support domestic and international incidents
- Partner with leadership to identify trends and formulate
strategic actions plan to mitigate risks
- Conduct incident reviews on high severity incident to ensure
procedure adherence by incident leads
- Serve as an SME for Compromised Data Internal Risk Review and
Policy/Procedures Team
- Engage as an SME with Control Management and Testing and
Validation for Compromised DataRequired Qualifications, US:
- 6+ years of Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic
Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a
combination of the following: work experience, training, military
experience, education
- 3+ years Management experienceDesired Qualifications:
- Certifications in one or more of the following: Certified
Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified
Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Certified Information
Privacy Manager (CIPM), or other relevant certifications
- Adaptable and flexible coaching style which takes into account
the needs and learning styles of a diverse team
- Experience maintaining employee performance improvement using
constructive coaching
- Experience managing customer remediation impacts
- Knowledge and understanding of information security risk
assessment procedures, risk mitigation or remediation
- Knowledge and understanding of U.S. privacy laws and
regulations
- Experience with regulations and laws affecting data breach,
more specifically Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA 501b), Interagency
Guidance on Response Programs (IGRP) and General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR)
- Experience with incident review activities for privacy,
information security, financial crimes, technology, fraud or third
party service providers
- Experience developing control expectations and standards
- Knowledge and understanding of incident management: gathering
impacts and analyzing data
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention
to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet
deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across
all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and
adaptability are important
- Financial Industry Experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
