Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: The Product Manager manages the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and has the primary accountability for the success of the product throughout the life cycle. The Product Manager is also responsible for articulating product management approach across the organization and providing indirect leadership and guidance to other Product teams using shared services. HIRING REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, related majors or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in product ownership or product management with increasing responsibility and proven success in taking products to market.
• Experienced strategic marketing and brand planning experience in various marketing disciplines, capable of developing, organizing, and implementing a comprehensive participant experience and event strategy with multiple technology vendors.
• Knowledge of technology landscape within appropriate product portfolio.
• Experience onboarding third party technologies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills required.
• Demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve business results across multiple teams who may have different goals.
• Capable of being creative while analytically viewing challenges to develop client-focused solutions. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with an emphasis in developing options/solutions and bringing discussions to closure and decision. Provide solutions that are creative, but based upon sound principles.
• Knowledge and/or understanding of Web applications, mobile and/or innovative new product-platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and relentless customer focus are key.
• Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality.
• Ability to listen, understand and respond to external and internal customers' needs in a timely manner; customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
• Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.
