Who are we? What is Vessl---?
Vessl--- is a globally patented closure and delivery device in which two ingredients are instantly mixed
immediately prior to use. Upon opening the Vessl--- closure, active ingredients (vitamins, flavors, gases,
serums, etc.) are propelled from the pressurized chamber and mixed inside the base container, providing an
exciting multisensory experience and visual confirmation of product activation.
Our mission at Vessl--- is deeply rooted in our quest to dismantle the disposable bottle paradigm. By storing
active content in our pressurized chamber, we provide revolutionary solutions for our customers across many

in food, nutraceuticals, hygiene, pharmaceuticals, household chemicals, and many more.
Job Summary
Our quickly-growing company seeks a project manager that will work closely with upper and lower
management on several projects, acting as the central leader for the project. The project manager is also
responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within
budget. In this position, you can expect to plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor
progress, and keep our stakeholders adequately informed through every step in the process.
The project manager will work one-to-one with the COO and other senior leaders on a wide variety of
matters and must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization. (Many of our international
calls take place during the early morning or late in the evening, depending on varying time zones, so this is a
must.) The ideal candidate will also possess impeccable organizational skills and prior experience in a similar
role managing several projects.
Project Management Duties & Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks as appropriate to the team for specific projects or customers
• Lead weekly calls with our project team, our suppliers, and our external customers
• Ability to use project management software to track tasks and deadlines
• Comprehensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Works well under pressure and remains on-task in high-stress situations
• Incredible time management capabilities, including planning, strategizing, and ensuring tasks are
  done (and done properly) to achieve our deadlines
  Requirements & Qualifications
  --- An undergraduate degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience with project management is
  required
  
  • Basic book-keeping and math skills are required
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • (Proficiency in Spanish, French, German or Mandarin is a huge plus)
  • Understanding of modern office technology and computer software (including MS Office) is required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload is required
  • High-level verbal and written communications skills are required
  • Discretion with confidential personal and company information is required
