Job Description:

The Human Resource Director will act as an HR Business Partner helping to align our people strategy with our business strategy. This position will assist with key initiatives that include aligning staff to business objectives, supporting employee development programs, succession planning, compensation management, employee engagement activities, and other strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing, evaluating, and enabling people strategies, principles, policies, and objectives. The successful candidate will be adept at managing both development and implementation of policy, meeting the day to day needs of business leaders and demonstrate a keen interest in understanding the company's business and operations with focus on retaining a talented workforce.Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for helping to design and implement methods that enhance and recognize employee performance
  • Support talent development programs that include conducting needs assessments, evaluating and selecting training content, and defining vision for learning and leadership development
  • Partner with business leaders to help drive succession planning activities that align with the company's goals and maintain a competitive advantage
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend changes as needed
  • Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future while optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business
  • Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.) -
  • Help monitor company's pay scale to ensure compliance with changing state and federal laws and regulation
  • Assist with tracking compensation trends and provide recommendations that align with industry standards and company goals
  • Assist with other general Human Resources duties that include employee relations, compliance with the U.S. and international labor laws, and supporting audits QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Human Resources professional with a minimum 10+ years' experience in progressively responsible HR leadership roles preferably within the semiconductor manufacturing industry both in the US and internationally
    • BA/BS degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
    • Related professional certification and designations highly desire
    • Broad understanding of employment law, employee relations, compensation, organizational planning and development, and training
    • Ability to collaborate with HR functions (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Staffing, HRIS) to implement and improve HR programs
    • Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels and establish collaborative working relationships
    • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, fast-growing, complex, geographically diverse organizational structure
    • Superior attention to details and communications skills (oral and written)
    • Strong presentation skills
