The Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team forges the strategic direction of Wells Fargo, provides and manages our digital foundation and common capabilities, and transforms our business models to meet evolving customer needs and grow the company. The investments we are making will help the company create innovative digital banking experiences, and make it easier for customers to achieve their financial goals.
The Digital, Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking group is looking for a dynamic leader to join the Digital Capabilities product leadership team. As the product management group responsible for digital capabilities supporting our commercial and corporate customers digital experience, our team leads product development for core shared services for authentication, alerts, content management, entitlements, UI frameworks, and others.
The Digital Entitlements Manager would be responsible for managing our entitlements framework for our digital channels serving commercial banking and corporate & investment banking clients. As the leader of this team, you will help establish clear business outcomes that support our customer journeys and enable simplified access for customers and users. You will be expected to partner with a variety of key stakeholders, including LOB partners, technology, information security, risk and compliance, and others. You will:
Lead digital product management team responsible for enabling and managing key roles, authorization, and entitlements
Work with key partners to ensure close alignment on roadmap, prioritization, and sequencing of enhancements to our channel capabilities
Identify and manage strategic 3rd party integration opportunities for enhancing our offerings in this space
Be responsible for managing and continuing to build out a team of skilled product managers and product owners leading agile scrum teams at scale
Be focused on customer needs, with experience in methodically testing hypotheses early and often to ensure our digital experiences and capabilities meet the mark from a value, feasibility, and viability standpoint
Be an ongoing champion and evangelist for shared services with partners

Required locations for this position are 301 S Tryon St., Charlotte, NC., 150 E 42nd St New York NY, 1305 W 23rd St Tempe, AZ or 333 Market St, San Francisco, CA. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This position will work remotely until COVID restrictions are lifted.
As an Employee Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically, you will:
Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
6+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
A Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

Other Desired Qualifications
Transformational leader who can understand and leverage latest technology and tools to accelerate effectiveness and maximize efficiency
Previous experience with entitlements, access, and authorization frameworks
Previous experience launching new products or product enhancements within an Agile framework
Has operated in a scaled agile environment, ideally managing product owners
Disciplined operational thinker who can manage in a complex risk environment
Results with instilling a pervasive culture of accountability across teams and throughout the business
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, partnering and collaboration skills with clear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key business partners/stakeholders including senior management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior management and ability to articulate key messages around risk, issues, customer impacts, etc.
Demonstrated change leadership skills with ability to lead through change impacts
Leadership experience for efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processes

Job Expectations
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
