Said differently, ---when you---re asked to pay, you pay attention.--- OSG is looking for a passionate Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various sales programs and sales content. This is a critical role in aligning Sales, Marketing and Product teams to support the OSG Commercial organization goals. Duties will include managing external agencies and freelancers, monitoring, and assessing campaigns, building sales programs and measuring the ROI of campaigns and programs. To be successful you will need to have experience in managing and creating sales messaging, best practices in sales methodology, sales enablement technology and sales engagement tools. You will be an excellent project manager and have a talent for working under pressure. The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement will be responsible for: Developing sales programs aligned to the buying process including industry vertical insights, product education and sales plays Creating sales content and collateral system that connect our customers to OSG solutions including pitch decks, dynamic presentation tools and ROI calculators Sales playbooks and close collaboration with Sales training and effectiveness Collaboration with sales leadership and product marketing to ensure content strategy Recruit, brief and manage contract or freelance staff to work on campaigns Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to and is accurate and error-free. Continuously assess and report on the results of programs and implement improvements where necessary. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor---s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 6+ years--- work experience in B2B marketing or sales support Familiarity with sales process, sales messaging, and sales methodology Knowledge in B2B marketing channels such as LinkedIn, peer review sites and other B2B communities Domain expertise in Sales Enablement platform and sales engagement technology --- content management, value selling etc. Understanding of digital marketing tech stack including SEO tools, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms Excellent oral and written communication skills Familiar with software including Adobe products, Microsoft Suite, marketing automation and sales tool platforms. Ability to manage projects of the highest quality of work and deliverables for internal/external customers, superior verbal, written, and presentation skills. Not afraid to get your hands dirty and inspiring others by and jumping in and doing it yourself.
