About the TeamThe DoorDash Total Rewards team manages global compensation and benefits programs. Our work impacts every employee through the programs we administer and has an important role to play in driving business results by ensuring our employee value proposition is competitive, relevant and financially sustainable.About the RoleYou will play a key role in helping us scale, support and improve our global benefits and time off programs by managing the entire lifecycle of our projects, including development, ongoing management and final delivery.You will report into the Benefits Operations Manager on our Total Rewards team in our People organization.You're excited about this opportunity because you will---

  • Use your expert project management experience to determine and establish project scopes and goals for Benefits Team programs
  • Manage end-to-end project planning and launch for all new domestic and global Benefits projects
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders to develop a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates to multiple stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Predict resources and budget needed to reach goals and manage resources in a thoughtful manner
  • Work with internal Procurement team to lead RFP's and execute contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement; recommend process changes that can improve the delivery of benefit programs to employees
  • Determine final takeaways and communicate that to main leaders in the organization
  • Support the global Benefits Team in other daily administration and compliance tasksWe're excited about you because---
    • You have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience project managing new programs on a global scale in a rapidly changing environment
    • You have experience in the Total Rewards function, including the administration and compliance of benefits and time off programs
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
    • You have a familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
    • You have experience presenting to and persuading senior leaders on benefits related topics
