primary purpose of the VP of Digital Sales, NA Cloud position is to
lead a team of digital account executives to sell our leading Cloud
solutions to organizations within defined territories. This role
will be accountable to consistently attain targeted revenue and
profitability goals and set the vision & strategy across various
digital channels. In order to accomplish these goals, the VP of
Digital Sales, NA Cloud must develop specific territory plans to
ensure growth in all revenue streams, formulate objectives,
performance standards & priorities for the Sales team and ensure
that selling models facilitate market penetration. JOB
- Ability to effectively lead a team of 12+ digital account
- Sets strategy for the digital sales team; develops specific
territory plans to ensure growth in all revenue streams.
- Formulates objectives, performance standards and priorities for
the sales team.
- Leader, role model, and coach to digital account executives on
sales approaches and account leadership.
- Builds a network of executive relationships with key customers
and partners that can be leveraged.
- Maintains accurate, timely and documented pipelines and
forecasts of opportunities and provide appropriate updates to SAP
- Facilitates individual growth and development of Sales
personnel through effective and ongoing performance reviews,
developmental coaching, and mentoring.
- High-level of energy and commitment, combined with enthusiasm
and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and networking skills EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive sales experience with business applications and/or IT
solutions; experience selling to CXOs; digital sales experience
- Collaborative style and ability to work in a networked
organization with virtual teams
- Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and
market share in a profitable manner
- 10+ years' experience in sales and in sales management (Direct
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or
