We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and resourceful Senior Program Manager who has passion for technology transformations to join the Office of the CIO here at SVB! This Senior Program Manager will lead, organize and report out on all cross-technology delivery against strategic objectives and key results. This is a senior role that requires thoughtful partnership while being adept at executive level reporting of the overall health of the organizations progress. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead a highly complex program balancing cross technology, matrixed environment with value-add contributions driving transparency and managing expectations regarding the progress of the short term and long-term strategies.
• Establish a repeatable process that engages multiple levels of the organization, aligning with planning and delivery processes and consolidating an appropriate executive level stakeholder set of reports to effectively communicate our progress against the overall strategy.
• Align key domain areas supporting the strategy including, but not limited to financial planning and workforce strategies for the Office of the CIO.
• Partner with all technology teams to iterate and apply continuous process improvement to streamline strategic reporting and align with maturing planning and delivery processes in the organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact for process, escalation, and stakeholder management for the technology strategy and supporting objective and key results for the Office of the CIO. Qualifications Skill Requirements
  • Proven experience in program management in a transformational state.
  • Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Experience and Domain Expertise in Agile Planning and Delivery.
  • Strong Collaboration, Influence and Partnership skills working in matrix environment.
  • Change Management and Process Implementation Experience.
  • Excellent problem solving and cross organization facilitation skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and self-manage time effectively
  • Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Executive Level Report Automation Experience Experience
    • Minimum 10 years previous experience in program management in technology / transformation domain Education & Certification
      • Bachelor's or master's degree in technology Related Discipline
