We strive to help them be successful, and when the problems arise, we help them through it, and greet them with a smile on the other side.Why work at Kasten Veeam?Overview/Purpose Statement:The Inside Sales Manager: SDR's is responsible for managing and leading a team of Inside Sales Development Representatives. Sales Development Representatives are critical members of the Kasten Team, working closely with Marketing, Inside Sales Representatives, Engineers, and field-based Account Managers covering the Enterprise space. Serving as the prospecting engine driving net new business meetings from cold email, cold calling, social selling and networking.This position will be located in our Tempe,AZ office and will support our Sales Teams in North America. The required working hours are 9am-5pm in the assigned territory (which may be different than the local time zone).Job Description

• Leading and coaching a team of Sales Development Representatives
• Nurtures a positive team environment, in alignment with Veeam's Core Values.
• Manages team performance against quotas and forecasts, executes operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met.
• Building and optimizing talk tracks and email copy
• Analyzing workflows and presenting and implementing process optimizations
• Hold weekly 1x1s, shadowing sessions, and team meetings to improve communication, collaboration and results
• Work with sales management leaders and current account executives to gather performance-based feedback of your team
• Hiring and on-boarding your team members and continued employee performance maintenance
• Proactively work to create, measure and optimize cadences, messaging and outreach for team usage
• Actively provide feedback to sr. Leadership on ways to improve your team member's performance and efficiencyQualifications
  • 2+ years of inside sales management or supervisory experience preferred; telephone and internet based sales experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Demonstrated experience in building, training, managing, developing and getting results from an inside sales team
  • Skilled motivator with demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales staff to exceed targeted sales objectives and deliver high quality service to customers
  • Proven track record of driving high volume, transactional sales along with more complex enterprise sales
  • Ability to work well with all levels of people and teams in a matrix-organization structureKNOWLEDGE
    • Excellent management and communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies
    • Customer relationship management (CRM) systems; SalesForce.com is preferred
