Job Summary:CDO Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management of projects within the office of Chief Data Officer of Americas (OCDO), and will work within Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) Group. This role will lead projects that enable the efficient and actionable use of data by developing and implementing enterprise data controls across systems within the Bank. This role will lead multiple project teams of Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts, and will be the point of contact for key stakeholders to drive assigned work to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible to provide project statuses in various forums, budget estimates, manage timelines, and proactively manages risks and dependencies for the assigned project(s). This role will actively ensure compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures. Actively participate in any required corporate and business line Compliance Training.Major Responsibilities:The CDO Delivery Manager will closely work with members of the EDQ management team, sub teams and other organizations within Company* This person will be responsible for an end-to-end delivery of the assigned projects and will be the primary point of escalation for issues.* Will ensure project is adhering to various data policies while keeping the goals of the project intact.* Guides project teams through all phases, ensuring processes are followed, required documents are completed, and required tracking systems are kept updated.* Drives overall execution regardless of which team is doing the work. Also supports Line of Business stakeholder relationships and acts as their advocate throughout the life of the project.* Collaborates with key partners from the Line of Businesses and other IT Project Managers.* Develops and manages project plans, WBS, RACI and other artifacts required for successful Project execution.* Identifies, assigns, tracks, escalates, and resolves issues, risks and any dependencies.* Delegates and holds resources accountable for deliverables on time and budget.* Ability to schedule and facilitate meetings to review progress status, brainstorm and drives various decisions with the teams and business stakeholders and documents minutes, action items. etc.* Develop and deliver management and project-related presentations as needed.* Will be the project management subject Matter Expert for the data team.Qualifications* 4 year Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.* Strong Project Management skills with minimum of 10 years of project management experience.* Background in financial industry and data management* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Data governance, Data Quality, and Data Integration preferred.* Strong demonstrated knowledge and work experience to lead at least 2 complex projects/priorities concurrently independently and successfully from start to end (i.e. covering all Project Life Cycle Phases).* Completion of PMP or other PM certification (preferred) with strong knowledge of change management principles.* Self starter with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to transform complex concepts into simple and easy to understand presentations and influence decisions to achieve desired results across varied complex stakeholder groups.* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely tight deadlines.* Strong Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills and ability to target messaging to different audiences.* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, MS Visio and Advanced Excel.
