Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems (LSEGS) Department is
responsible for the delivery of affordable and innovative
electrical products. Accountable for program execution including
cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product
lifecycle. Providing resources to drive development and sustainment
activities of our Land and Naval based electrical products. Our
multi-disciplined teams manage a variety of engineering projects
while maintaining a work life balance. What You Will Do Function as
a Production Electrical Team Lead on the SM-3 Production Program
Provide technical support/mentorship over staff of 10-15 engineers.
Focus placed on engineering task execution, technical rigor,
mentorship and training, etc Coordinate with Electrical Team Lead
for cross-functional prioritization Direct involvement with and/or
support of design reviews, project coordination, risk management,
red rack burn down, supplier coordination, documentation,
compliance, testing and validation, peer reviews and continuous
improvement Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply
Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues
that may arise during production, testing, and integration Travel
Requirements: less than 25% annually Shift Information: 1st shift,
onsite Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s
in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of 8 years of prior relevant engineering experience
Experience with any of the following: RF, analog, digital, and / or
mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal
processing, debugging, failure investigations. Production
engineering experience involving design, analysis, fabrication, or
troubleshooting of missile hardware including systematic problem
solving, failure investigations or Root Cause and Corrective Action
Professional written and verbal communication skills creating and
presenting technical content to cross-functional peers, leaders,
suppliers and customers Qualifications We Prefer MS in Engineering,
Science, Mathematics or Equivalent Production process knowledge of
CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystems; including
circuit design, CCA assembly, electrical test and supplier/sub-tier
supplier support. Knowledge of FPGA integration and implementation
preferred Effective organization, emotional intelligence, etc
Systems thinking, strong problem solving in alignment with the OCE
Technical support experience of test equipment, test automation
scripting, test conduction, sensor control, printed circuit board
fabrication, circuit card assembly processes and related industry
specifications Experience with subsystems integration and test,
post test flight analysis, problem investigation, Statistical
Process Control (SPC) methods in achieving production yield
improvements, technical writing, formal presentation, and
implementing Engineering Change Notices Experience with
Software/Firmware languages; Python, C, Basis, Java, VHDL, Verilog
Leadership of technical teams, including technical oversight and
direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination,
preparation of detailed technical team reports, and proposal
support Certification for Basis of Estimate generation

salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
