Production Equipment Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing
Defense is currently seeking a Production Equipment Manager (Level
K) to join our Facilities and Asset Management team in Mesa,
Arizona. Position Responsibilities: Manages employee activities
within the facilities occupation including facilities planning,
analysis, project administration, property administration,
facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant &
Equipment maintenance Develops and executes project and process
plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational
goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides
technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with
customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct
reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches,
products and processes Participates in equipment make/buy
decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical
oversight of suppliers Manages, develops and motivates employees
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements,
therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is
required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent
resident, refugee, or asylee. This position is expected to be 100%
onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in
Mesa, Arizona. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3
years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects
to successful completion 3 years of experience in contract
management, infrastructure and maintenance 3 years of experience
facilitating/leading and executing project plans 3 years of
experience teaching, coaching and developing others Experience
developing & maintaining relationships and partnerships with
customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's
degree 3 years of experience in facilities planning, analysis,
project administration, and property administration 3 years of
experience in a manufacturing or factory support environment 3
years of experience developing and implementing technical,
operational or quality strategies 3 years of experience developing
and executing employee engagement strategy Shift: This position is
for 1st shift. Relocation: Relocation is not available. Candidates

business considerations. Summary Pay Range: $119,000 to $161,000
