Capabilities (SE&TC) we integrate, verify, and validate our

announce an opportunity for an Effector Principal Systems -
Integration and Test Lead Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ.
In this role, you will contribute to the critical process of
ensuring all system components meet required specifications and
performance standards prior to delivery. What You Will Do:
Collaborate with program leadership and customer to shape new
business, define proposal scope, develop a basis of estimate for
proposed scope, and review proposed offering estimates. Perform
Test Planning and execution: Develop and implement test plans,
procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both
simulated and real-world environments and perform/execute the
testing Create/modify documentation in support of reviews
associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness
Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), Engineering Safety Review
Board (ESRBs), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages. Integrate
Systems: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to integrate
hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their
functionality and impact. This position may require up to 10%
travel during periods that include field test execution.
Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience. Experience with
proposals and/or test plans. Experience with integrating weapon
systems. Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued
security clearance is required prior to start date. Qualifications
We Prefer : Experience in Electrical Engineering integration and
analysis Experience with performing Platform Integration on
airborne or ground-based platforms Experience with US MIL and/or
STANAG standards Experience with short-range IR
missile/launcher/munitions such as Stinger or Javelin Experience
with the Systems Engineering Product Cycle, including specific
phases, deliverables, or responsibilities aligned with the
lifecycle. Experience with aircraft/rotorcraft integration
including Safety of Flight, Airworthiness, Electrical interfaces
such as 1760, 1553, and Mechanical interfaces Experience working
with US Export Compliance under DCS or USG contracts What We Offer:

salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
