This role aims to minimize downtime and maintain production levels by implementing proactive maintenance strategies and managing the maintenance team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Manage and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and training as necessary. Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts and tools. Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, machinery, and equipment used in manufacturing. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
